Puja Complete! Climb on!

Both Everest base camps, South and North Side, complete a Buddhist Puja ceremony before starting up the mountain. A Buddhist monk will come from a local monastery and bless the entire team and its gear.

Today had auspicious written all over it, just look at the weather! Kike, Mike and Jake are already in Lobuche today, Willie and Matt will catch up with them tomorrow for their ascent of Lobuche East - during this great weather window!
